Wedding Flowers Under $2,500 in Mid Michigan

A real example of how pickup, repurposing, and thoughtful choices can go a long way

Many couples come to us hoping to spend $2,500 or less on their wedding flowers, while still wanting something that feels beautiful, intentional, and true to their day. That’s exactly why we created our Curated Collection. It’s designed to offer a thoughtful option rooted in our signature style, without the overwhelm or cost of full-service floral design.

One of our recent couples is a great example of how this approach can work, especially for Mid Michigan weddings where pickup and repurposing are part of the plan.

The Floral Pieces They Chose

This couple selected a classic green and white palette from our Curated Collection and focused on versatile pieces that could be used throughout the day.

Their order included:

  • Primary and attendant bouquets

  • Floor pieces for the ceremony

  • Loose greenery for styling

  • A bud vase party pack for small accent moments

Instead of ordering separate flowers for every space, they chose pieces that could move easily from one moment to the next.

Pickup from Our Lansing Studio

One of the best ways to get the most value from your wedding flower budget is by choosing pickup from our Lansing studio. Pickup allows us to focus our time and energy on designing your flowers, rather than delivery, setup, and breakdown, which helps keep pricing more approachable.

This couple picked up their florals the day before the wedding. We walked them through how to transport and store everything overnight and helped them think through a simple setup plan for wedding day.

Because of this setup, pricing like this is designed for local Mid Michigan weddings. Delivery and setup are not included in this approach, and pickup works best for couples who are comfortable being a little hands-on or have a trusted friend or family member helping.

Repurposing Flowers from Ceremony to Reception

Choosing pickup does not mean skipping ceremony flowers. In fact, it often means designing flowers that can do more.

For this wedding, the floor pieces framed the ceremony and were then moved to the front of the head table for the reception. Primary and attendant bouquets were also repurposed on the head table, layered with loose greenery for a full, garden-inspired look without adding extra arrangements.

For the reception, this couple used loose greenery purchased through us to decorate their tables alongside candles, creating a simple, cohesive feel throughout the space. Greenery was also used around the reception area and styled near a photo wall, helping tie everything together visually.

Every piece had a purpose, and nothing felt wasted.
