We collaborate closely with you — and your planner, if you have one — to ensure every detail is cohesive and personal, from lush installations to thoughtful tablescapes.

You’ll choose your color story and key floral pieces, and we’ll bring it to life using the season’s best blooms. Perfect for smaller weddings, elopements, and couples who love our style and want an easy experience.

How It Works

Start by reaching out through our contact form. We’ll send our wedding service guide and schedule a complimentary discovery call (30 minutes) to talk through your wedding and answer any questions.

A complimentary discovery call (30 minutes) to talk through your vision, priorities, and overall plans. After the call, we’ll create a custom floral estimate based on your wedding details.

Once your estimate is approved, a signed contract and 25% retainer secure your date. Within 30 days, we’ll create a mood board that show our vision for your color palette, floral direction, and overall feel of the day.

We’ll have an in-person or video design meeting (45–60 minutes) to walk through your floral plan and refine the details. This is typically held a few months before your wedding.
We’ll finalize selections, review layout and rentals, and make any updates. Optional floral mockups (such as a centerpiece) can be added for an additional fee.

We’ll connect around 60 days before your wedding to finalize your floral selections, quantities, and overall plan.
Final payment is due 30 days before your event, and we’ll confirm your timeline, delivery, and setup details at that time.
