Planning an intimate wedding or elopement? Our Curated Collection makes it simple to have beautiful, garden-style florals without the full-service package. You’ll choose your color story and key floral elements, and we’ll bring it to life using the best blooms of the season — perfect for smaller weddings, elopements, or couples who love our style and want an easy, meaningful experience.
For most couples, flowers for the Curated Collection fall under $5,000 — no minimums, no stress, just thoughtful, artful designs in our signature Sparrow Bloom style. Submit your inquiry at least six weeks before your event, and we’ll take care of the rest. Flowers can be picked up the day before your wedding, or we can arrange local delivery if available.

The Curated Collection was designed for couples who want beautiful flowers without all the extra coordination. You’ll select a color palette that reflects your style, and we’ll create a mood board to show how your flowers will come together. From there, we handle everything — from sourcing the freshest blooms to designing each piece with care.
Whether you need just a bouquet and boutonniere or a few centerpieces and a ceremony piece, we’ll make sure every design feels intentional and cohesive. Without setup or teardown services, this option keeps things simple and stress-free while still delivering flowers that feel deeply personal and special.
How It Works

Start by reaching out through our contact form and sharing your wedding details. We’ll follow up with our curated guide and next steps.

If needed, we offer a complimentary clarity call (15 minutes) to answer questions and help you finalize your selections.

We’ll send a floral estimate based on your selections. Once everything looks good, you can accept it and it will convert to an invoice where you can sign your contract, pay the 25% retainer, and set up a payment plan.

We’ll design your flowers using seasonal blooms within your selected palette and our signature style. Orders over $1,500 receive a one page mood board.

We’ll connect around 60 days before your wedding to confirm your selections and any final details.
Final payment is due 30 days before your event. At that time, we’ll confirm pickup or delivery timing so everything is set.
