You’ll choose your color story and key floral elements, and we’ll bring it to life using the best blooms of the season — perfect for smaller weddings, elopements, or couples who love our style and want an easy, meaningful experience.

For most couples, flowers for the Curated Collection fall under $5,000 — no minimums, no stress, just thoughtful, artful designs in our signature Sparrow Bloom style. Submit your inquiry at least six weeks before your event, and we’ll take care of the rest. Flowers can be picked up the day before your wedding, or we can arrange local delivery if available.

Why the Curated Collection?

The Curated Collection was designed for couples who want beautiful flowers without all the extra coordination. You’ll select a color palette that reflects your style, and we’ll create a mood board to show how your flowers will come together. From there, we handle everything — from sourcing the freshest blooms to designing each piece with care.

Whether you need just a bouquet and boutonniere or a few centerpieces and a ceremony piece, we’ll make sure every design feels intentional and cohesive. Without setup or teardown services, this option keeps things simple and stress-free while still delivering flowers that feel deeply personal and special.

How It Works

  • We start with a quick conversation to learn about your celebration — the colors, mood, and moments that matter most. You’ll share a few details in our inquiry form, and we’ll set up a short discovery call to talk through your floral vision and help determine whether the curated collection or full-service design is the best fit.

  • After our call, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining your floral plan and investment. Once you’re ready, a signed contract and deposit secure your date.

    Full-service weddings include deeper collaboration on layout, rentals, and large-scale designs at this stage.

  • Once your date is booked, we’ll create a mood board capturing the color story, texture, and seasonal blooms that will bring your wedding to life.


    Curated couples receive a simplified board based on our color collections, while full-service couples receive a detailed design plan with installations and custom touches.

  • A few months before your wedding, we’ll reconnect to review details and talk through any updates or changes — a relaxed creative check-in to keep everything aligned and easy.

  • About a month out, we’ll finalize pickup or delivery timing and confirm your timeline.


    For full-service weddings, this includes coordinating setup and teardown with your planner or venue so everything runs smoothly.

  • Enjoy your day — we’ll handle the rest. Your flowers are designed, delivered, and styled with care so you can simply celebrate.
